Thirdlane is a multi-tenant business communications platform that combines a full-featured PBX, a contact center, and unified communications (messaging, voice, video, and SMS) in one system. A single deployment can serve many independent organizations, which makes it a fit for both service providers hosting multiple customers and enterprises running multiple sites or departments. This documentation covers everything from installing and operating the platform to configuring an individual organization and using the end-user apps.
