Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts let you jump between sections and control calls without reaching for the mouse - handy when you are on the phone and need to mute, hold, or answer quickly. Most shortcuts work in the desktop applications for Windows and macOS; the call shortcuts are also available in the web version of Thirdlane Connect.

| Ctrl+[1-9], Ctrl+0 | Cmd+[1-9], Cmd+0 | Open the item from the currently selected left pane whose sequential number corresponds to the number key (1-10). For example, if your Recent activity left pane is shown, and you press Ctrl+3 (Cmd+3 on Mac), the Chat page for the 3rd recent activity item will be opened. This rule applies to Recent activity, Contacts, Channels, Call History, and Settings sections. |
Call Shortcuts

| Ctrl+Alt+Backspace | Cmd+Option+Backspace | Reject an incoming call or hangup the “active” call in progress |
Note that you can ignore an incoming call by hitting the
Escbutton. This will stop the ringing sound and remove the call popup without giving any notification to the caller.
