Operated by Thirdlane
Deliver your service without operating the underlying platform.
Thirdlane operates a multi-tenant platform for your communications service. You retain control of the offer, pricing, billing, support model, brand, and customer relationship.
A wholesale operating arrangement
Thirdlane’s customer is the provider operating the communications business. The provider’s end customers continue to buy and receive service from that provider.
Thirdlane operates the platform
The operating scope, service level, redundancy, location, retention, and support arrangements are defined in the quote and agreement.
You own the service
Your company defines the offer and pricing, bills customers, and remains responsible for the customer relationship.
You choose the communications inputs
Carrier relationships, numbers, trunks, customer onboarding, and service configuration remain part of the provider’s operating model.
The same product foundation
The hosted option uses the Thirdlane multi-tenant platform rather than a separate reduced product edition.
How hosted pricing is sized
A Thirdlane-operated platform costs more than self-hosted software because the quote includes platform operation. Pricing depends on the number of extensions, expected concurrent calls, redundancy, deployment location, recording retention, and support tier.
Concurrent calls are a platform-sizing input, separate from the number of licensed extensions. The quote identifies both so capacity and commercial terms are clear.
