Music-on-Hold

This section lets you choose your own “personal” Music-on-Hold - the audio callers hear when you place them on hold. Selecting a personal option overrides the default music for calls you put on hold, so you can pick something that fits your role or simply prefer. The choices available to you are the Music-on-Hold categories your administrator has set up for the tenant.
