Personal Preferences

The Personal Preferences section lets you tailor how your own Configuration Manager account behaves - language, time zone, page size, chart colors, and password. These are per-administrator settings, so changing them affects only your session and does not alter anything for other administrators or for the tenants you manage.

Setting your time zone correctly is the most important choice here: it controls how every timestamped record (reports, logs, call history) is displayed for you, so the data lines up with your local clock.

Number of rows to display per page. Number of rows displayed on pages presenting lists of data. Larger values reduce paging on big grids at the cost of longer load times.

GUI Language. User interface language.

Time Zone. Changes the time zone for your account. Configuration Manager adjusts any stored data that has a time component (which is kept in server time) so it displays in the time zone you select.

Password. Allows you to change the web password for your account.

Theme for Charts. Allows you to change the color theme for charts displayed in Configuration Manager.
